Do you ever feel like your living the same day over and over again?
You may be experiencing Newton’s First Law, which states –
“An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an equal or greater force.”
So, if you sit around and do nothing, Newton’s law states that you will continue to sit around and do nothing. And by doing nothing you will continue to do more of that, nothing.
The flip side of Newton’s first law states if you are out there in the world doing something, Newton’s law states that you will continue to do that thing.
If you love how your life’s going, keep doing what your doing!
But, if what your doing isn’t quite producing the result you want?
Apply the second part of Newton’s first law, which states that you will keep doing what you are doing unless you are ACTED UPON BY AN EQUAL OR GREATER FORCE.
The great news about that is that you are your own greatest force.
That’s right! You can decide to change what you are doing, enough to get a different result. Then, ask yourself. Do I want this result in my life? If not, change your action again and again, until that which you want, begins to show up in your life.
If you doubt the power of your own force, you can always enlist the force of friends, family and loved ones. Their support of your desire to change can have a huge effect on you.
